Slough has so much to offer!

Windsor Castle. The oldest, largest occupied castle in the world.

Just minutes from Slough, Windsor Castle is open to visitors throughout the year. Founded by William the Conqueror, the castle has been home to 39 Kings and Queens, and witnessed sieges, beheadings and royal scandals. You might even see the present King here on the weekend.

Black Park Country Park. More than 500 acres of beautiful countryside.

Black Park Country Park is beautiful. Woodland, heathland and open green spaces make it perfect for walks and family days out. With Pinewood Studios being so close by, many films have been made here. Harry Potter, James Bond, Captain America, Dracula – who knows who you might bump into.

The Waterside Inn. Michelin star dining on the banks of the Thames.

How good is The Waterside Inn? Put it this way, it’s one of only 135 restaurants in the world with 3 Michelin Stars. Incredible food, a stunning setting, impeccable service – when you want to push the boat out (forgive the pun), there are few restaurants that come close.

The Centre Slough. Have fun, get active, get healthy.

Opened in 2019, The Centre is Slough’s number one family leisure centre. Two pools, a sauna, steam room, gym, exercise studios, sports hall and treatment rooms offer pretty much everything a fitness fan could ask for. And if you’re more of a spectator, there’s a great little café too.
